A Great Horned Owl decided to land on a pine log in front of my ring camera. Here it sits for a little while. This is in the Sierras Foothills.

This is my first attempt at making altered book. A previous vidéo here on rumble shows many pages empty. This is complete except one partial page. I have improved since making this. It was a fun project and I’m doing other kinds of art journalling now. I paint en plein air also. You can find my Etsy store at susankendallart.com.

My iPad placed on a stack of books filming my hands tearing paper to put in an art journal. No music or talking. My first attempt at filming journaling.

A work in progress. Using a tourist book I received for free I covered slick pages with newsprint and glued them together to make stronger covering with gesso and more. Now painting or gluing on them to make a picture to tell a story - the cover is pasted on magazine scraps the a card stock piece and painted wax paper. Used a lot of mod podge.

Coyotes howling at night. I took the video outside while standing in the dark. Sounds like at least 5 of them.

Entertaining turkeys that visit the sliding glass door in the morning. The roosting tree is near by and we are the first stop on their daily route.

The turkeys visit the slider door in the morning. I think they are looking for food or they like staring at themselves in the glass. I notice they like shiny things especially hubcaps on cars.
