Do this meditation during the day for a sensory break, relaxation technique, and self-compassion practice; or, do this at night to support sleep. For this meditation you will want: * A quiet space where you won't be interrupted * A cozy, warm blanket (weighted blanket is great) * Christmas Scented Essential Oil (gingerbread or peppermint will be most supportive) * An eye pillow - (optional) * Identify your left and right prior to engaging in this meditation Do this with the family or on your own!
