It's all Apple on the top making huge money and being the most valuable company in the world. But how do they do that? Let's take a look at some of the tricks they use to make you buy and be loyal to them. __INTRO__ ..... This is called the DECOY Effect. To better understand this tactic, take a look at this picture. The Large Popcorn looks reasonable when compared to the intentionally overpriced medium popcorn. which is also known as the iPad Air... When Apple makes the comparison between the previous iPhone and the new one, it makes people think that the iPhone which they use is slow, In fact data from google trends show that many users search for the word iPhone slow whenever a new iPhone is released... Compared to Apple's competitors, Apple DO NOT DO discounts at all cost, even if the sales drop, despite being the priciest in the industry. this way they make sure that all their products does not get devalued... When you enter an apple store, you can see that the laptop displays are on a weird angle which is uncomfortable to look at, this is done intentionally so that people will have to touch it in order to look at it, this creates a sense of ownership, which is called the Endowment effect... Every Apple store in the world, has this elegant glass type design, it shows the outsiders what's going on inside and then naturally they end up visiting. Oh, and by the way they are not called stores, "it's funny, we don't call it stores anymore, we call it Town-squares"... Currently the iPhone 14 lineup has just 4 models, the 14, 14 plus, 14 pro and the 14 pro max. The reason behind the less number of models is because it helps the customer to make a decision easily without hesitation. Compared to Samsung, they have loads of series. Namely The S series which is a line of flagship Android smartphones, Then the M series which is a line of online-exclusive budget phones, Then the A series which are the mid range ones, F series which are also mid range, The Z series which are the Foldables, and so on... Let's take a look at Apple Events and the way they present it, It starts with a cool animation and THE CEO Tim Cook himself starts with a warm and appealing Greet. "Good Morning" which itself makes the event special... Whenever a new iPhone goes on sale, you would always see a line of people waiting overnight to get their hands on the latest iPhone. But, you don't stand in line for a pixel phone right?... Apple uses hundreds of tricks and only a few of them are known. That clearly explains how Apple became the first U-S company to reach 1 trillion dollars in market value, and in just 2 more years, they hit the 2 trillion line, which is really impressive. and as of know, the market value is over 3 trillion dollars, which is higher than the GDP of 184 countries in the world, including Canada, France, Russia and Italy.
