This is a stripped down, no AI using, edited with the most basic, beginner, free software NYPD Blue and Sipowicz fan page. My goal is to make a video for every episode breaking down the best parts of Sipowicz and the episode itself. I hope to make some longtime fans laugh and remember when, and possibly bring new fans to the fold.
