I generally advocate that adding things does not create better health when it's usually subtracting things that removes symptoms. However in the case of electrolytes there is an argument to be made that you don't have and cannot achieve a natural diet.

Your body has a default condition of total health. Any deviation from that is likely not a deficiency, but an additive. Removal, not prescriptions, are the key to fix.
