The third phase is called the "Action Phase." During this phase we should begin to notice some positive changes. Weight loss should be measurable by this point. It's not just a simple phrase from proverbs in the Bible... it's a way of living that, when adopted, can become that magic potent you were always looking for.
Kids know what they want. But when we become adults, we usually find ourselves so caught up in the rat race world around us that we don't even take time to consider what we really want.
We're too busy just going to work and trying to make ends meet.
So, as for "Really #1", take time out of the business of your day and decide what you really want... NOT what someone else wants for you - what do YOU really, really want?
Really #2: This has to do with desire. You must ask for what you want.
"Ask, and it shall be given to you" is not just a meaningless phrase in the Bible. It's a real way of communicating with yourself and your subconscious to clarify your real desire. You must get very clear in your mind of what you really, really want. When you ask, it becomes clear to you.
Meditation helps a lot here. Get quiet in your mind and imagine yourself with your desire. It also helps to not just to think about "you with your thing", but rather imagine the kind of person you would be if you were to have this thing.
Concentrate and see yourself behaving in a way where you are successful with want you want. If you want to be a successful CEO of a business or business owner, how would you act? What would you look like? Would you get up early and go immediately to your emails to answer business questions or would you stay in bed trying to get over the hangover from last night?

You must intend to do whatever it takes to achieve what you really want. Really #4: This is passion.
You must really feel passionate about what you want in life. It's what you think about firs thing in the morning and the last thing before you go to bed. Remember, "as you think, so shall you be".
The four above "really" steps seem too simple, right?
That's because they are. Here's the dilemma: You also get what you really, really, really, really DON'T WANT!
Try not to focus on "what is" (if your present situation is not what you want). Instead, focus on what could be with the belief of a child.

Imagineer Your Life
What do you imagine for your life? This was a question I recently asked when I was speaking. Some of the responses were "Perfect, fun, prosperous, and peaceful." That was then...but what about you?

However, the thought of each of us really understanding that we can imagine our life into being/becoming is empowering to me.
If you're asking how, let me tell you.
What we hold in our mind - our images is what we send to the universe as what we want to see in our life. Our images and imaginings come into physical equivalent in our world. No one else is imagining in our world...but us.
That's how and that's how powerful we are.
This is so cool because it let's you know that you are connected to the universe; you are connected through your thoughts and your thoughts have power.
What often happens is that we imagine haphazardly and unconsciously, not knowing our power and the Universe does not distinguish our positive imaginings from or negative ones. It just shows us what we're thinking...thus creating.
Imagination is defined as the ability of the mind to be creative; the ability to form images and ideas in the mind. This is your power-your minds ability to be creative.
What your mind imagines is what God-Source energy uses as the instructions by which to create your reality in the material world.
That's how come I want you to really answer this question, "What am I imagining for my life?"
You have been imbued with this power as a faculty of the mind - imagination. It is given to each of us. We just have to use it. We're like super heroes/sheroes with super powers and not using them (consciously) in our lives.
Einstein told us, "Logic gets us from A to B. Imagination will take us everywhere." So let's be like Steve Job and Apple...imagination. Steven Spielberg and his movie making...imagination. Martin Luther King, and the non-violent march in a hostile climate... not logic - that's for sure...imagination. If you have never had whole grain pasta, then mix with regular pasta and gradually add more and more whole grains until you are used to it. It holds true for bread especially if you make your own. The complex carbohydrates and high fiber in whole grain bread and pasta help to speed up your metabolism. The dairy products you consume should be low-fat or fat-free.
Also make sure you are eating good fats, such as olive or safflower oil. Your body needs a certain amount of the good fats. Make sure that you read your labels and stay away from foods that have trans-fats. Trans-fats are extremely bad for you.

Beware of your alcohol consumption. Most alcoholic drinks have lots of sugar and are high in calories. Alcohol turns to fat and sugar in your body. Limit how often you have a drink. Save it for special occasions and try to consume lower calorie beer or wine.
