Today in our village, we cook kerala special kappa recipe by using Tapioca and mautton meat. In kerala this recipe called as Kappa biryani. People use it as food instead of rice for sometimes.

Today we cook Kerala's special traditional Kadala Kari recipe using 50 Kg of chickpeas. First, we soak the chickpeas for 6 hrs then we add it to the masalas. This Chickpeas recipe tastes like a mutton curry recipe because of added garam masala and coconut pieces. Finally, we enjoy the recipe with rice! The taste is delicious!
