This takes a step away from LOVR to learn a bit of the basics of Lua. In it I setup VSCode extensions that help format lua, do some auto linting, get vscode to ignore things that I don't care about, and then I stumble around randomly testing to see how lua code works. I am following this guide: http://tylerneylon.com/a/learn-lua/ Which is titled "learn lua in 15 minutes". I take 15 minutes and make it only through half of it, so we'll be doing a part 2 of this episode next

Note: future videos have sharper text. LÖVR (LOVR.org) is an open source framework for rapidly building immersive 3D experiences using Lua. I am exploring it as an alternative to godot, and this is a series where I build a basic vr game as I learn the language.
