YES! You can lift weights with Chiari. I was diagnosed in 2013 and have had 3 surgeries to fix it. I've put on 40lbs since I started. There are things like chiropractic care and deep tissue massages I do, to keep tension low in the back and neck. Keeps the back of my head from hurting. You know your body better than any doctor, and if you feel like you can go for it. Good clean eating will also help with alot of things. If your not in a spot to where you can exersise, there is always one thing you can control. Your food you eat. No matter if you're cooking or someone else is cooking, clean that shit up and start practicing portion sizes. If you have chiari and lift or interested in lifting give me a follow.
