@rhinotrikes We're building a one off Yamaha Virago trike for a customer. Obviously, the model is too old to create a bespoke frame kit, so we've used our old Suzuki Intruder frame jig and tweaked a few bit's to suit the Yamaha. The axle build will follow which will be a conventional live axle but floating at the front on our unique Harley Sportster developed Poly bushes. It's also going to feature an electric reversing motor which we've fitted to our Intruder trikes on many occasions. Ride Three folks!

Took the family to Longleat Safari Park. We took the old works Laguna just in case we got gored by a Rhino, angry that we pinched his name. Rhino's were based, but the Monkey's got to work with their Snap on tools. @rhinotrikes #shorts

It's a boring axle mount short. We're building a Yamaha Virago 1100 trike and I'm deciding how best to fabricate the axle assembly. I went from a 12mm polybush set up through to a 22mm polybush setup, because bigger is always better. @rhinotrikes #shorts

As per the title, we fitted a new fuel pump into a Suzuki Bandit tank which we had previously cleaned, de-rusted and sealed. The cleaning and sealing process we have covered in a previous video

I discover an awesome medium for abrasive cleaning of a heavily rusted Suzuki Bandit petrol tank. The tank comes up clean as a whistle then I finish off by sealing it with a carbon fiber resin. The secret medium? Shattered toughened glass.

My own XK8 has an issue with the brake light switch which prevents the car coming out of park, the brake lights work intermittently, and the cruise control doesn't work. All symptomatic of a faulty brake light switch. In this video, me, a 17 stone 6ft man in his 60's fixes the problem. The third part of our second attempt to fit a safe and practical working stabilizer kit to a motorcycle, to allow solo machine use to amputees. I can't stress enough the need for such a kit for road accident victims and veterans. Mike is single handedly funding this enterprise. We have tried and evaluated a number of proprietary kits and decided to eventually manufacture one ourselves from scratch using the knowledge we've acquired along our journey.

A few tweeks to the jig and we will be able to offer a flat pack trike conversion for 2004 to 2013 Sportsters, we have also converted a 2019 Sportster which we can also develop as a DIY kit if demand is sufficient.
