Souffle Pancake With One Egg | asmr
The One Egg Soufflé Pancake😋 Recipe (2 small pancakes or 1 big pancake)
1 large egg (room temperature)
2 tbsp. plain flour / all purpose flour
1 tbsp. milk
1.5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 - 4 drops of lemon juice / vinegar (for egg stabilization - omittable)
- This recipe doesn't call for baking powder.
***the time and heat level to cook the soufflé pancakes (base on my electric stove, please adjust accordingly)
*** My stove has 9 heat levels, so 4/9 level means I use level 4
- Pre heat the pan at 4/9 level for 1 minute, grease the pan
- Scoop 2/3 of the batter into 2 pancakes
- Add 2 tsp (room temperature) water, cover and cook 2 minutes
- After 2 mins, scoop the rest of the batter into 2 pancakes (adding the batter into 2 batches prevents the pancakes spreading too much so they can be higher)
*** Reduce the heat to 3/9, add 1 tsp water, cover and cook 5 minutes
- Flip the pancakes, the pancake's bottoms should be strong enough to flip easily now
- Cover and cook for extra 5 mins, let them sit inside the pan for 1 minute
- Serve them hot with fruit, butter and powdered sugar / syrup
For the one big pancake: Cook at 3/9 heat level for 7 minutes than flip and cook for extra 6 minutes
Caution: each stove works differently, adjust accordingly !
It is more difficult to make 1 big fat pancake than 2 smaller pancakes because you need the cake ring and Teflon paper (baking paper). Also, the bigger pancake requires slightly lower heat and slightly longer cooking time (total 13 - 14 minutes compared with 12 minutes for smaller pancakes).
** Popular problems **
1. Whisk the egg white incorrectly (too soft).
Suggested solution: Please check my whipped egg white (the meringue) in the video and see how it looks like when I stop whisking.
2. Over mix when combining egg yolk and egg white mixtures (deflate all the bubbles inside the batter so the batter turns watery).
Suggested solution: Please mix the batter using a flat spatula, do not use a whisk to mix. And fold the batter like the motions in the video (look like I knead the batter with the spatula), please do it gently.
3. The pancakes rise well inside the pan and deflate after baking. The reason is incorrect heat level or timing.
Suggested solution: do not open the lid too often during cooking, lower the heat and cook longer. But I think the heat level and timing in my video is low and long enough through multiple tests I did.

This coffee has been viral in Korea during quarantine time, then it got viral on TikTok and now it is very trendy all over the internet.
Dalgona Coffee is a cold latte drink that comes with a velvety smooth and sweet coffee foam on top. The combination of cold milk and the bittersweet coffee is absolutely delicious. Dalgona coffee is inspired by the South Korean dalgona candy, a toffee sponge that resembles the creamy dollop that tops the ice coffee.
So if you want to learn how to make dalgona coffee, follow this easy recipe (only 4 ingredients).
This recipe makes 2 medium servings
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Instant coffee
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Hot water
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of your choice
2-3 Ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl place coffee, sugar and hot water (1:1:1 ratio).
2. Using a hand mixer or electric mixer, whisk until thick and creamy.
3. Fill only 3/4 of a cup with cold milk and add ice cubes.
4. Top it up with foamy whipped coffee. Mix well before drink. Enjoy!
Notes:
• Do I have to use sugar? The sugar helps the coffee whip to a fluffy and stable texture that holds its shape for a while. You can reduce sugar amount, but I’m not sure it will be so fluffy. If you’re really sensitive to sugar, you can reduce it down, just know that your coffee won’t be as fluffy.
• What kind of milk to use: You can use cow’s milk, dairy free milk such as almond milk, oat milk or any other kind of milk that you prefer.
• Can I make Dalgona coffee without electric mixer? Yes, you can whip the coffee using a regular whisk, it may take a little bit more time, but it absolutely possible.

simple chicken biryani recipe | easy & quick recipe | asmr
Ingredients for Chicken Biryani:
- Chicken, large pieces with bones- 1 kg
- Basmati Rice- 700 gms (4 US cup measure)
For Cooking Chicken:
- Onions, sliced- 400 gms (around 5 medium sized onions)
- Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes, sliced- 4 medium
- Green Chillies, slit- 6 numbers
- Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 cup
- Mint leaves, chopped- 1 cup
- Whisked curd/plain yogurt- 1 cup
- Ready made Biryani Masala- 5 tbsp
For Cooking Rice:
- Shahjeera (caraway seeds) - 1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom - 4
- Cloves - 4
- Cinnamon- 2 pieces
- Salt- 2 1/2 tablespoon
- Water to boil the rice- around 2.5 litres
- Mint leaves - around 10- 15 leaves
Preparation :
- Clean & wash the chicken pieces. Drain the water or pat dry.
- Slice the onions and tomatoes. Slit 6 green chillies
- Chop 1 cup coriander leaves and 1 cup mint
- Whisk the yogurt and set aside
- Wash & soak the Basmati Rice for 30 mins.
Process :
To cook the Chicken:
- Heat 6 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom pan and add the sliced onions.
- Fry on high heat for around 12 mins till the onions are light brown.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and fry on low heat for 2 mins.
- Now add the chicken pieces, mix and fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
- Add the ready made Biryani Masala, mix and fry on medium heat for 3 mins after adding a splash of water.
- Readymade Biryani Masala usually contains salt, hence salt is not added while cooking the chicken in this recipe. Do check if the biryani masala you are using has salt in it.
- Now add the sliced tomatoes, mix it well and cook on medium to low heat for 4-5 mins till soft.
- Keep the heat on low and add the whisked curd/yogurt. Give a mix and then add the chopped coriander and mint leaves.
- Cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates.
- Cover & cook on low heat for around 20-25 mins till chicken is tender. Remove lid after 10 mins, give a mix and close the lid again.
- Dry up any excess water to get a thick gravy.
To cook the Rice:
- Take one more heavy bottom pan & add around 2.5 litres of water. Place it on high heat.
- You may include the water in which rice was soaked in this 2.5 litres for enhanced flavour & taste.
- Once the water starts to boil or bubble, add Shah Jeera - 1/2 tsp, Green cardamom -4, Cloves - 4, Cinnamon- 2 pieces and Salt- 2 1/2 tablespoon (two and half tablespoon)
- Stir it well to dissolve the salt completely . The water must be very salty.
- Once the water starts boiling, add the strained basmati rice & stir it well.
- Continue to boil it on high heat, stirring few times very gently to not break the rice.
- After 8-9 minutes when the basmati rice is almost done (90%) remove it from heat and strain the water. Set it aside.
Layering the rice and cooked chicken:
- Take a heavy bottom pan and spread half the cooked rice as the 1st layer.
- Now spread the cooked chicken with gravy on top of the rice uniformly as shown in the video.
- Next, spread the balance rice as the top layer.
- Sprinkle some mint leaves on top of the rice. Close the lid and cook on low heat for 7-8 mins.
- Allow it to rest for around 20 mins.
- Once you open the lid, mix the chicken and rice evenly.

BETTER THAN TAKEOUT - Easy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe | ASMR
This is a perfect recipe for when you come home from work and you got hungry kids to feed😋. Everything can be ready within 20 minutes. Better and faster than take out. You can also take it to work as lunch because it reheats in the microwave really well. The flavor if impeccable, it is nutty, savory. The chicken is tender and soft. The noodles are very filling but well balanced with the veggies.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb of fresh egg noodles
12 oz (340 grams) of chicken breast
1/3 tsp of salt
1/3 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
Black pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
1/2 inch of ginger, julienne
4 oz of carrot, julienne
1/2 of a red bell pepper, julienne
3 mushroom, sliced thinly
4 oz of snap peas
To Make The Sauce
1.5 tbsp of Soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tbsp of pure Peanut butter
1/2 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the chicken breast thinly. Marinade with garlic, ginger, salt, Chinese cooking wine, black pepper, and baking soda. Baking soda will break down the meat fibers and tenderize the chicken. It will give you that melt in your mouth texture.
Julienne the carrot, bell pepper. Slice the mushroom. Cut the scallions. To save time, you can buy a bag of pre-cut, mixed vegetables from the supermarket.
In a sauce bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients thoroughly. The peanut butter makes the sauce creamier and thicker, helps the flavor to wrap around the ingredients. You have to break up the peanut butter a little bit first so it doesn't clump up.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles until 80% done. Drain completely. Do not over cooked the noodles otherwise they will turn soggy when you finish them in the wok with that lomein sauce.
Meanwhile, turn the heat to high and heat your wok until smoking hot. Toss in the marinade chicken and stir for 2 minutes or until it just changes color. Add all the vegetables except for the scallions. continue to stir for 1 minute. Add the well-drained noodles along with the lomein sauce. Keep stirring over medium heat until all the sauce is absorbed. As soon as the sauce is gone, you have to turn off the heat. Otherwise the noodles will start sticking to the wok.

Hello guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today I'll show you how to make a chili garlic sauce. This recipe will make your garlic crispy, fiery hot, and flavorful. It will make you eat more.
Chili Garlic Sauce
Cook time: 15 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
RECIPE:
100g Red Chili
1cup Dry Chili
3bulb Garlic
2tsp Salt
2tsp Brown Sugar
2TBSP Soy Sauce
2 1/2cup Olive Oil
*Fry garlic until it changes color to yellow, and then add your fresh chili.
*Cook it for 10 minutes in a low heat.
*Add dry chili and brown sugar continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
*Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce.
*Let it cool down before putting it inside the container.
TIPS:
