Finding Hope Through Affliction | Traci Ciepiela
Traci Ciepiela was an active, healthy, triathlete and Criminal Justice college professor who loved to travel. It was because of her desire to travel on a cruise that required her to receive a Covid shot. Unfortunately, the adverse reactions from that shot have left Traci with debilitating injuries.
In this episode, Traci shares her vaccine injury journey, the help she has received through the React19 support groups, and why she decided to write a book chronicling her experience in hopes that it will help others on their journey.
Traci’s book is titled, “Through the COVID Looking Glass and Back”
Traci writes:
Everyone experiences difficult times. Sometimes those difficult times teach you what you are made of. They can also reveal truths hidden deep down in yourself. The introduction of the COVID pandemic in the world changed innumerable lives. This is one of those stories. While it centers on the afflictions of COVID, it also paints a picture of overcoming. The story details a vaccine injury affecting many people everywhere in the world but is a story that hasn't been told. In the end this is a story of survival and perseverance, connection and finding meaning in the post-COVID world.
The ISBN: 979-8-89112-957-3
The EBook ISBN is: 979-8-89112-958-0

Ashley Grogg,MSN-RN |Mending the Broken Vaccine Safety Net
In this episode, Ashley Grogg, MSN-RN, and educator and curriculum developer discusses two of her new projects “Mending the Broken Vaccine Safety Net” and “The VAERS Project”.
If our government health agencies have any hope of building trust with its citizens, then they need to be serious about restoring trust in vaccine adverse event data collection.
Ashley has developed resources aimed at fostering a "Culture of Safety." These resources offer comprehensive educational training on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, guiding users through each step. Additionally, they aim to dispel misconceptions and stereotypes associated with the system.
Whether you chose to take a vaccine or not, everyone should be in favor of having the best data collection possible.
It’s well time to mend this broken vaccine safety net!
This is information that each of us should know.
Medical professionals, please note that Ashley's course is accredited and can be used for continuing education credits!

Dearly Discarded #28 - Kelly G.
In the midst of a tumultuous journey, Kelly, a resilient young woman, found herself grappling with an enigmatic and rapidly evolving set of health challenges. Her story began after she received the COVID-19 vaccine, which was intended to protect her and those around her. Little did she know that this pivotal decision would lead her down a path of uncertainty and adversity.
Kelly's initial experiences after the vaccine were relatively mild, but they foreshadowed the storm that was to come. She had a spirit of determination and an intrinsic desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those she encountered.
As time elapsed, Kelly's health began to unravel. She experienced dizzy spells and unusual episodes of disorientation shortly after receiving the vaccine. However, these incidents were only a precursor to a series of bewildering symptoms that followed. Amid a backdrop of conflicting emotions, Kelly's once vibrant and active lifestyle seemed to be slipping through her fingers.
Unexplained neck pain, a cascade of physical discomfort, and the onset of neuropsychiatric symptoms became the new normal for Kelly. The unyielding nature of these symptoms left her grappling with uncertainty, frustration, and the fear of the unknown. Kelly's tenacity, rooted in her military background, propelled her to seek answers, advocate for herself, and explore potential sources of healing.
In her pursuit of understanding, Kelly embarked on a challenging journey to navigate the medical landscape. Armed with her investigative skills and a determination to find a solution, she reached out to various medical professionals. Unfortunately, her encounters with doctors ranged from dismissive to gaslighting, each response further highlighting the lack of recognition of her condition.
Undeterred by the uphill battle, Kelly pressed on. She delved into extensive research, connecting the dots between her symptoms and the possibility of mast cell activation syndrome. The process of self-discovery was a rocky road, marked by periods of hope and setbacks. Yet, Kelly's unflinching determination to regain her health and her willingness to share her story with others became a source of inspiration for those facing similar challenges.
The journey has not been without its emotional and psychological toll on Kelly. Isolation, shadow banning on social media platforms, and the feeling of being unheard added to her burden. Despite these trials, Kelly remains steadfast in her mission to create awareness about the complexities of post-vaccine health issues and advocate for better understanding and support for affected individuals.
Kelly's story serves as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Her determination to find answers and share her experiences underscores the importance of conversations surrounding the potential long-term effects of medical interventions. Kelly's journey, marked by its twists and turns, offers hope to countless others walking a similar path, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggle.

Dearly Discarded #27 - David Russel
The "Dearly Discarded Podcast" features host Jared St. Clair engaging in a conversation with guest David Russell, who shares his personal experience with a vaccine injury. David received his fourth Moderna COVID-19 vaccine booster shot on April 4, 2022. About 10 days after this booster, he began to experience a range of unusual symptoms, including a sensation of ants crawling under his skin, a feeling of impending doom, and claustrophobia.
Initially, David did not connect these symptoms to the vaccine. Over the next few months, he faced extreme fatigue, weakness, and a significant loss of appetite, leading to a weight loss of 26 pounds. Despite seeking medical help and undergoing numerous tests, no clear diagnosis was provided. Eventually, through his own research and connections with online communities, David learned about the possibility of vaccine injuries and began to suspect a connection.
He shared his experiences with his primary care doctor, who had other patients reporting similar symptoms after COVID-19 vaccination. As a result, David's doctor started considering vaccine injury as a potential cause of his condition.
Throughout the podcast episode, David discusses his motivation for advocating for change and raising awareness about vaccine injuries. He mentions his involvement with organizations such as React 19 and Health Rights MA, which aim to help those affected by vaccine injuries and work towards changes in vaccine-related policies and mandates. The podcast highlights the importance of uncensored discussions and the challenges that individuals who have experienced vaccine injuries face when trying to voice their concerns.
