Stormy Sunday Quick Medley - Push Ups, Squats, Dips, and 10 minute of Lay Ups and Free Throws
I'm doing the 14 Day Rational Fast Challenge, with great results, link below. I have to train differently while on severe calorie restrictions. Today got a quick body weight work out in at the park.
25 Push Ups
25 Body Weight Squats
25 Dips
...and...earlier this week, someone left a basketball at the park. For the first time since middle school I picked up the ball and started shooting baskets. That was fun, it's a great 10 minute break, I don't need to leave the neighborhood, to go to the gym or change...so I went out and bought a basketball and been out shooting everyday since. Today did 10 minutes, not pretty but here are the highlights.
