Benson lawyer asserts that MI SoS only follows laws that she agrees with
On October 3, 2023, attorney Heather Meingast testified before the Michigan Court of Appeals on behalf of her client Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. During her testimony, she highlighted her client's flagrant disregard for the law via the following statement.
“I don’t think we would want to create a war between the branches and if there was something telling us to do something and we thought it was OK, we would probably do it. But if it really came to push this conflicts with Constitution or this isn’t something that we can really do because we couldn’t really control it or it’s a bad idea we might just choose not to do it you could leave that statute sitting there and we could continue to issue instructions and give guidance and somebody would probably sue us.”

Internet Connection Evidence: Wayne County, MI 2022 Primary
Surveillance video obtained by Michigan Grassroots Alliance after filing a lawsuit against Wayne County for FOIA obstruction. This video focused upon 10pm-11pm Eastern time which corresponds to initial election results courier transfers and initial Wayne County Election Results website update. Comparison of communities with courier drops of flash drives and communities depicting online results at Wayne County Election Results website reveals that online results are posted for communities that have not yet had any courier deliveries. Only possible explanation is that the results from several communities were transferred via the internet. All of the raw footage is available for download from MIGrassrootsAlliance.org/FOIA.
Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck witnessed all events firsthand on August 2, 2022 as a certified Poll Challenger who was denied the ability to oversee the tallying of the countywide results conducted in the Wayne County Clerk's office. Such a denial violates Michigan Election Law.

Dominion Election Management Server (EMS) Security Vulnerabilities FOIA Appeal
Video covers Canton Township, MI FOIA Appeal Hearing. Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck is appealing Canton Township, MI decision to deny his FOIA request featuring Firewall Settings and Installed Program Listings. Previous FOIA request in August 2022 resulted in discovery that ALL firewall ports on the server were open and non-certified MS SQL Server Management Studio software capable of modifying election results without detection had been installed. April 2023 FOIA request was submitted to determine if these security vulnerabilities had been addressed by Canton Township Clerk Mike Siegrist.

Detroit Election Officials Attempt to Explain Vote Tabulation Process
During a pre-election walkthru at the Huntington Center (formerly TCF Center), Detroit election officials attempt to explain the process by which votes are tallied at the Absentee Vote Counting Board. Explanations provided affirm that the path that tabulation data takes is convoluted and without an audit trail for poll challengers to observe. To this day, there are no precinct-specific election results provided by the City of Detroit for absentee ballots.

Operation Overwatch
Everyday citizens all across America have been deployed to ensure that the 2022 elections are conducted in a lawful manner. Attempts to ensure that our elections were conducted in a lawful manner during the 2020 election were largely reactive in nature. Now that we know how the integrity of the 2020 election was subverted, individuals and organizations dedicated to election integrity will now be proactive in their efforts to ensure lawful elections.
