Pliny the Elder Untappd: PLINY THE ELDER - (Double IPA) Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, Cascade, Warrior, and Simcoe hops. Well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol. Slightly bitter with aromas of citrus, pine, and floral Blind Pig Untappd: A full-bodied, very hoppy brew with citrus, pine, fruity notes, and a nice dry, bitter finish! This West Coast-style IPA is true to its style as it is very hop-forward with just enough malt character and alcohol to balance it out. Untappd: Mango, orange and papaya flavors are front and center in this easy drinking ale. An American pale ale, Tropicpale is dry hopped with massive amounts of Australian Galaxy hops. Boone Winters often leave us day dreaming about warm tropical air. Received first place gold medal for pale ale in the 2016 North Carolina Brewers’ Cup competition. 7% New England IPA with 37 IBU by Burial Beer in Asheville, NC in collaboration with Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn, NY. Untappd: They became the severed limbs of an enigmatic concept. Not an ounce of deserved praise. Nothing of a fully perceived creation. No anchor to pin them to place and time. They were cannibalistic of their abandoned manifestations. They enabled precocious proclivities to abundant danger. And an absence of faith immersed them in persistent wandering. This was a mission without aim and no path to bear. A beer to represent 7 seasons of our quite sensational Other Half Christmas party. Made with loads of pilsner malts and oats, and whirlpooled with Citra Incognito and Cryo. Our favorite house Hazy IPA, DDH Art is Hard, is infused with a huge dose of Citra Incognito and then double dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Motueka hops to evoke bright citrus and fruity tropical flavors of tangerine, orange, pineapple, and guava! Untappd: We started with a heavy base of oats and wheat before the Idaho7, Citra, and Citra Incognito whirlpool. We then dry-hopped with 4 of our favorite hops at levels never seen before with Citra, Strata, Galaxy, and Zappa. Dense haze pours into your glass with aromas of tropical mango, orange tang, assorted berry, and grape drink. Hoppy saturated flavors of dank mango orange juice smoothie, papaya chunks, and green nerds candy are balanced by a hoppy bite and giant #EQjuice melon finish bringing you right to your next sip. We figured it would be a good strategy to pair up again to make a beer with them. You can expect major dank aromas, citrus and grape flavors, and moderately bitter finish.
