Special arrangements could be made to benefit Stateless nationalities (Palestinians, Kurds, Roma). New Right politicians (Trump, Wilders, Åkesson, Sunak, etc.), who refuse to take this step want to keep the failed and anti-humanitarian "right to apply" walk-in asylum application system because they can milk its failures for political purposes during electoral cycles. It also enables these politicos to blame all the problems on migrants. The failed "right to apply" walk-in asylum system is destructive of migrants. 8 out of every 10 who apply for asylum at or inside the border in Sweden are REJECTED; which means that DE FACTO most people are applying to be detained and deported (or very possibly re-fouled). The COST of maintaining that failed system is onerous. Maintaining detention centers and arranging for mass deportation flights is very expensive. The Marxist reply to the objection that "there is no way to know if ants are happy" is that the ultimate purpose of species existence is not "happiness" (a subjective concept); but rather the projection of the said species into the future through reproduction.
