REAL Robotech / Macross SDF1 robot TRANSFORMS!
It took me several months of designing and redesigning, 3d printing the same part multiple times to correct engineering issues, and lots of frustration, but here it is.
It stands 3 feet tall and has 17 servo motors in it.

Hand held rocket pistol
Based on the shoulder mounted missile launcher the Tomahawk has, from Macross/ Robotech. It carries 6 6in rockets and has laser targeting.
