The story of 7 sleeper
In the Islamic and Christian traditions, the Seven Sleepers (Greek: επτά κοιμώμενοι, romanized: hepta koimōmenoi,[2] Latin: Septem dormientes), otherwise known as Aṣḥāb al-kahf, Sleepers of Ephesus and Companions of the Cave,[3] is a medieval legend about a group of youths who hid inside a cave[4] outside the city of Ephesus (modern-day Selçuk, Turkey) around AD 250 to escape one of the Roman persecutions of Christians and emerged some 300 years later. Another version of the story appears in the Quran (18:9–26).[3] It was also translated into Persian, Kyrgyz, and Tatar.[5]

If you love somebody let them go
Sometimes, when you care deeply for someone, the best thing you can do is to let them go. It may seem counterintuitive, but it's true. When we love someone, we want what's best for them – even if that means they're not with us. Giving someone space and freedom doesn't mean we don't care; in fact, it shows just how much we do. Remember, love isn't about holding onto someone tightly; it's about setting them free to find their own way.

Your enemy can kill you but your friend can hurt you
It's a harsh truth, but it must be said: those who wish to harm us the most are often our enemies. However, it's important to remember that our friends can also cause us pain in ways we never expected.
The thing about enemies is that they want to see you suffer. They'll do anything in their power to bring you down and make your life miserable. Whether it's through physical harm or emotional torture, they won't stop until they've broken you completely.
On the other hand, friends have the potential to hurt us even more deeply than enemies ever could. When someone we trust betrays us or lets us down, it can leave a wound that never fully heals. It's a unique kind of pain - one that stings not just on the surface, but all the way down to our core.
So while it's true that our enemies can kill us, we should also be wary of the hurt that our friends can inflict. We must choose our companions wisely and always keep an eye out for red flags. After all, sometimes the greatest danger comes from those closest to us.
