Hidden camera catches my mother in law opening a gift from her daughter and me as she was about to be running her first New York City marathon! What she was about to find is that she will also be a Grandma for the first time! Her reaction is loud and definitely priceless!Lol.... Fast forward to today and she now has 7 grandchildren and just finished her 9th NYC marathon! Gram is one special lady!
