German made Solo 633 saw vs old hard Red Oak.

just doing some test runs before sending it down the road with a new owner.

getting this saw ready to head on down the road with some test runs.

I picked up 10 saws recently, all needed work, and this is the 4th I've gotten fixed.

I was tripping over saws, weedwackers and blowers for long enough.

35 years of time hasn't made this classic product any better.

I caught it with a small 3x4" goldfish net.

quick up and down to clear the snow.

fast forward what took me 1-2 hours, all done in <60s

when you don't have the appropriate gear to climb a tree, nor the funds to pay somebody, you make use with what you have...

time to get to work in the garage and fix up these saws to teach the kids about small engines and hopefully make some coin.
