I’ll probably delete this because I can’t hold the camera still and it’s still to emotional to talk clearly about. Other than that, this is my attempt at holding myself accountable. This is for me. As embarrassing as this is… maybe someone with the disease of addiction will watch and understand that It’s okay to talk openly about it. I don’t care what people think or say I just know I want to live today and will do whatever I have to so I can stay sober. I’m so sorry to my family and friends that have to go through this. I never wanted to be an addict and I’m trying so hard to stop. Just for the next 24 hours I’m not using drugs or alcohol.
