Tbh, among all the cookies I have made till now, these were the BEST. I microwave my cookie for 20 sec before eating, and OMGGG, so yumm!!!
SAVE the recipe :
All-purpose Flour 120gm (1 cup)
Desiccated Coconut 50gm (1/2 cup)
100 gm Butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
80 gm Icing Sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tbsp Milk
Additional desiccated Coconut for coating the cookies
Method:
🥥Beat butter with sugar & vanilla till light and fluffy.
🥥Add the flour along with desiccated coconut & baking powder. Also, add in the Milk and mix into a dough.
🥥Use a tablespoon to measure the dough, you can also use a weighing scale like I did. I made roundels of 25gm each.
🥥 Roll out each roundel between your palms, flatten out a little, and then coat with desiccated coconut.
🥥Place the cookies in a tray lined with parchment paper & bake at 180°C for 16-18 minutes!
Cookies will crisp will cooling!

* ½ tbsp Potato Starch (sub corn starch)
* 1 tsp Garlic Salt
* 1 tsp Seasoned salt
* 1 tsp Black pepper
* 1 tsp Onion Powder
* ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
For the Honey Buffalo sauce
* 1.5 tbsp Butter (I used unsalted)
* 3 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
* 1.5- 2 tbsp Honey
* ½ tsp Salt ** a pinch
* ½ tsp Smoked Paprika or Cayenne
* ½ tsp Onion Powder
* ½ tsp Vinegar (Optional for extra tang)

* Dry the wings very well with a paper towel, this will ensure a crispy wing.
* I used franks hot sauce
