This Is The Story Of A Man Going Against A Giant Corporation
This is the story of a fourth generation farmer and seed cleaner who went toe to toe with giant corporation Monsanto. In this video, Michael tells the true background story behind this business, explaining in detail about the seeding fear that is present among local farmers.
Since Monsanto began selling their patented ‘Roundup Ready’ genetically modified (GM) seeds they have sued hundreds of farmers for patent infringement. Today, over 90% of the soybeans, corn and cotton produced in the USA are a product of Monsanto.
Monsanto has used heavy-handed investigations and ruthless prosecutions that have fundamentally changed the way many American farmers farm. The result has been nothing less than an assault on the foundations of farming practices and traditions that have endured for millennia, including one of the oldest, the right to save and replant crop seeds.
In 2003, Michael White was sued for patent infringement after unknowingly cleaning Roundup Ready genetically modified soybeans for a local farmer. Private investigators had him under constant surveillance, an intimidation tactic that effectively destroyed his family, his health and his seed cleaning business.
In 2006, after being cleared for a jury trial, Michael settled with Monsanto while maintaining the freedom to speak publicly about his case. Although confident he will win in court, Monsanto’s nearly infinite financial and legal resources would protract the case for years and cost millions.
Michael continues to farm using conventional seed while advocating for its conservation.

Bear, Tiger And Lion Make The Perfect Story Of An Unusual Friendship
When we were little, we all had that one best friend to whom we made a solemn promise that we would always stick together no matter what life brings us. Even when there were times of boredom and times when we didn’t know what to say to each other, the friendship ties we cherished were unbreakable. The phrase ‘best friends’ was permanently engraved on a heart pendant, each wearing the half piece around our necks and swear that in the greatest crisis we would fend it with our own lives.
There are some people out there who believe that animals are just ordinary creatures but the truth is the animal kingdom never ceases to amaze and inspire us, making us put all our differences aside. Unusual friendships happen all the time and not just in the world of humans but with animals also. Giraffes and ostriches, dogs and owls, chickens and puppies, rabbits and deer, lions and bears are just handful examples of how friendships in the animal kingdom have no limits. And friends do not have to look anything alike to make a great team just as this unusual friendship proves.
This story however might be the most inspirational and unusual of them all. As you will find in this video, a bear , a tiger and a lion have somehow managed to become quite the family. Their friendship is definitely something to be admired and taken as an example. The extraordinary difference between these species is just not at all an issue for them to see as a barrier but better yet an opportunity to show the world that all of us can somehow find a way to get along and love each other. Balu the black bear, Shere Kahn the tiger and Leo the lion have grown up together and have become inseparable. This is just the most adorable, perfect example of what love can truly achieve. Take a look!

Lion King all over the place!
Simple tolerance is the badge of entry and the little cubs are now members of the pride. The true male resents young arrivals in order to show dominance and receive respect, being pride’s supreme leader!
In addition, the cubs will nurse until they reach seven months of age after which they are ready to hunt and eat meat. After days without food their mother starts to crave protein. It is the sound of the dinner bell, the pride has to make a kill!
