I hear often from people, “I know what to do, but I just don’t do it.” Do you know what to do? Maybe, just maybe you have no idea. You have a perception of what you should be doing. If it were that easy and we all knew what to do, then this health thing would be a whole lot easier. I have learned, I have time that I don’t manage well. It is time I could utilize differently. If it is important to you, you’ll make time. Sometimes we just are not ready to give up THIS for THAT. Time flies. We cannot go back and redo the day. We get one shot at everyday. We get to choose how we face the day. Time flies. Over the years, I have tried to help others believe in themselves. I have a gift for seeing the best qualities of people. I will challenge them until they see those qualities. I lost the ability to see I had some qualities and that I mattered. We all get 24 hours in everyday. We get to decide how we spend it. People will remember how you made them feel. This includes you. What you say to you matters. Your job will be replaced when you are gone. You as a person are irreplaceable. Tell yourself everyday your time is valuable and you deserve the best of you everyday.
