Set the chicken aside to marinate for 30 minutes,and add 4 tbsp heat oil to a pan to fry the onion-spice paste 4 mins on meduim heat which was made in the grinder earlier

Prepare 500 gms chicken with bones，then add 1/4 tsp turmeric，1 stp salt and 1/2 cup curd or yoghurt to mix them.

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds,3cloves,1 cinnamon,4 cardamom,1 black cardamom,1 bay leaf and 2 medium of sliced onion to fry them 1 min on medium hrat.
