This is the sequel to my previous videos entitled "Rabbit bound for the grill". Here it is actually grilling. The ingredients of the marinade are as follows: 1.) 6 stalks of pandan or lemongrass. ( simply mince the lemongrass like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VtxcPARpak&t=79s) 2.) 5 cloves garlic minced 3.) 2 pcs small onions minced 4.) 1 tsp ground black pepper 5.) 1 small sachet of soy sauce 6.) 1 small sachet of vinegar 7.) 3 small pcs of red chili 8.) 5 pcs small "calamansi" or 1 pc. lemon will do just fine. 9.) 1 cup water Mix all ingredients together and marinate the rabbit meat for at least 2 hours. The longer the better. You may want to place it in the fridge overnight and grill the marinated rabbit the following day. That's fine. Note: If you were wondering what happened to the hide of the rabbit after all was said and done. Well, here are the photos of it after I processed it with rock salt for five days drying under the sun. I threw away the head and the feet and spread one kilo of rock salt on the inner part of the hide and let it sit under the sun. Then I washed the whole hide like it was a towel in soap and water.
