The two men had never met, but when they did outside an Ybor bar in September in 2019, it was deadly. Now, Justin Jasper is headed to prison for killing Dyante Neal with one punch.
In surveillance video obtained by FOX 13 News, Neal can be seen standing with another man outside Coyote Ugly in Ybor at 2:30 in the morning. Suddenly, Jasper shows up in the video and, seemingly without provocation, punches Neal -- who never saw it coming.
Neal is seen hitting his head on the ground in the fall. Prosecutors say Neal never regained consciousness and died at the hospital of severe head trauma.

Meanwhile, the Moroccan government has now eased all COVID entry restrictions for visitors.
On Tuesday, it dropped the requirement for vaccinated visitors to present a negative PCR result which had to be taken 48hours before entry.

Spain floods: Cars washed away, homes submerged following storm in Huelva province
Torrential downpours caused flash flooding in parts of southern Spain on Sept. 23.
The flooding left homes inundated and cars submerged.
Video showed cars being washed away by the flood waters in Almendralejo and Lepe.
As much as 100 mm of rain accumulated in parts of Huelva province over a 12-hour period, according to the Andalusian Meteorological Agency.
The helpline Emergencias 112 Andalucia said it registered over 600 incidents.

San José galleon: Two new shipwrecks found off Colombian coast - BBC News
Colombian naval officials monitoring a sunken Spanish ship laden with treasure have discovered two other historical shipwrecks nearby, President Iván Duque has announced.
The San José galleon was sunk by the British in 1708 near Colombia's Caribbean port of Cartagena.
The wreckage was located in 2015.
