The White Hall School Board met regarding mask mandates after engaged citizens gathered over 100 signatures to force an emergency meeting. Although Family Church had offered a bigger area so citizens could social distance indoors, the school board and superintendent held the meeting in the overcrowded administration building. Only 5 people against the mandates were allowed to speak, followed by more for the mandate. the board voted to maintain mask mandates. The Arkansas State Convention happened Saturday 7/23 at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock starting at 9am. The Pulaski County GOP delegation was banned from the Arkansas GOP state convention. They were also threatened with arrest, censored, and later forced out into 100 degree heat from the hotel building. RINO Establishment officials, such as Sara Jo Reynolds & Melonaie Gullick blocked 71 Pulaski County delegates over false claims of procedure. The 6/30/22 meeting to elect Pulaski County Delegates took over 8 hours. A letter claiming the Pulaski election was not valid was submitted only 2 days before the State Convention. Arkansas 2nd District Chair Meloniae was the one who printed the ballots and oversaw the ballot counting process. doors to RPAHQ were locked and nobody was allowed inside, even in the lobby, including the PCRC convention chair and the attorney representing her. Senator Jane English was escorted to her car by a uniformed Little Rock police officer two Little Rock police officers were inside as they were hired by someone at RPA because members of RPA perceived some of the new members as a threat the group outside was not allowed inside since none of them are on the PCRC or RPA executive committees although Allen Kerr (who is also not a member of either committee but whose wife is on the PCRC executive committee) was allowed inside. the gathering opened with prayer we were told multiple times that video was not allowed on "their" property and we were asked to leave the property if video recording When the Chair, Lorri Justice, went to enter the building to give her testimony the 2nd District chair became hostile and yelled "THESE DOORS ARE LOCKED!" and immediately closed and locked the door behind Lorri. Video continued to be taken and Little Rock police officers made Kenny Wallis move to the sidewalk with his camera. Rob Steinbuch (Chair's attorney) was allowed in to give his testimony after Lorri completed hers. Lorri recapped what happened during her testimony 6 people were on the panel, including Ryan James who lost his position as state committeeman on 6/30 but who was elected a PCRC delegate to the state convention. Ryan James did not recuse himself The grandson of the author of the complaint letter, Darren Waddles, who was removed from office several days ago, did recuse himself, but was able to listen in. I attempted to film a John Cooper for Arkansas Senate Public Meet and Greet. The meeting was shown on facebook as a meet and greet open to the public. While attempting to film the event, I was blocked by Michael Givens, who is the COO of Saint Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Despite showing Mr Givens the image that shows this event was public, Givens refused to allow me to speak with State Senator Cooper and claimed that the event was private. I mentioned that I film events across the state and that I had volunteered for Cooper during his first Arkansas Senate Run. Givens then consulted Northeast Arkansas Aid to United States Senator Tom Cotton, Jeff Morris. After consulting with Morris, Givens informed me yet again that the event was actually private. Cooper markets himself as a conservative, yet he appears to be handled by Obamacare Medicaid expansion benefiters. US Senators usually don't get involved in primary elections, so i can't say if Jeff Morris is moonlighting as an extra consultant or not. The Chair of the Committee, Jeremy Hutchinson, has been hostile towards HB1249, a campus carry bill, on the orders of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson. The bill would clear up issues regarding Act746, a bill that allows open carry while "on a journey". The bill failed in the Republican Majority Committee despite testimony from gun experts.
