My brother's leg's after 10yrs of absolutely no leg training. 100% natural, a LOT smaller than 10yrs ago obviously, but still has it. The only two exercises needed to build complete leg's are bodybuilding cycling and Arnold style squats - feet close together, feet pointed outwards and knee's inward.
