This chocoflan it is a doubled layered cake covered with cajeta or caramel sauce.It's a dense,rich chocolate cake stacked with creamy vanilla flan,dripping with a layer of cajeta sauce. Note:The pan goes into the oven layered with chocolate cake,then flan but they completely separate while baking,with the flan ending up on the bottom when it's inverted.
