Went to a small piece of Private ground I've leased for years. And this particular ground I don't mind walking around to still hunt if the conditions are just right. Still Hunting is a art form that should be done very safely.

I went out on a piece of private ground in west central IL and was looking to pop a doe for my freezer. And had a group of big Tom Turkeys come within range. The choice for me was simple.

this is how I clean my rifles right after I'm done shooting, or within a day. If I get lazy and wait to clean them it can take a little longer and I use a stronger cleaner.

Come August I'm getting itchy to get out in woods, Squirrel hunting is a great way to spend a day in wood. And if you go during the week you normally have woods to yourself. Public Land Fun!
