after motor mounts replaces found that the rubber grommets that hold the engine cover in place are cracked

materials: room temp water 600grit wet/dry sandpaper 2 drops of dishsoap microfiber towel

more wet sanding and using bondo glazing putty to fill holes.

finding defects and refilling

wets sanded all the bondo off to see all gaps that has been filled.

mouse sand with 220 to knock down some of the big bumps.

wear gloves and respirator mask. or be in a very ventilated area

this video shows what the helmet should look like after sanding with 80 and then 220 grit.

had to add a couple more tabs to have the helmet sit correctly.

supplies: small spring clamp Gorilla Construction Adhesive Super glue all at Walmart.
