Morning work completed, time for breakfast.

Day two at Z204 5:30am walkthrough, planning the day, and the logistics of moving trash and materials.

I took unit Z204 under contract today. Here’s the first look, come along with me.

Quick walkthrough outlining today’s activities. Shelves, cabinets, and ceilings will get sprayed. Walls will get cut and roll. New unit Z204 coming online.

Grateful for the counter guy showing up, finally moving the job forward… However, the Project Manager refuses to keep me updated on the schedule. I just poured paint to finish the kitchen, and in walks the counter guy.

Paint is nearly complete, contractor “restarted” the schedule, neglected to inform me…
