Getting setups faster Part 2: CNC turning the aluminium spike top to complete the garden spike light
In this video I was attempting to go for SMED - Single minute exchange of dies e.g. Less than 10 minutes to change over. I didn't quite manage that but I wasn't terribly far off. There was a struggle with the tool changes in particular so that's the primary place to try and improve the process first.

Getting prepared for what is hopefully a fast setup on the Nakamura CNC lathe - Part 1
I've finally got the DJI Mic working - although with the DSLR and I also try out the DJI Action 2 inside the lathe. Only time will tell to see how that pans out. I begin the setup for a part change over on the lathe. How quickly can I get the next part setup and running?
