We have converted the Duraspark to an HEI ignition in the 351W. Next time we will test it to make sure it works like we want it to! Overall the conversion was very inexpensive, and seems pretty straightforward. The Magnetic pickup drives the HEI module just like it would in an HEI, and the output amplifier drives the coil just like it would in a Chevy... Please like, comment and subscribe! Installing the trim clips in the window channel of the 67 Camaro

We made up the brake lines, and routed everything. The new prop valve and hanger fit nicely, and everything clears the inner fender.

Harlan made me climb into the trunk to weld in the new filler panel under the backglass! We also look at all the work he has done to repair the channels, the front dash, and also to prevent future rust!

Time to address the brake lines, and we decided to start with the rear axle. Got thing too, we did not have a great method of mounting the rear distribution block, so we had to make a little bracket. Looking better already!

Here is a re-upload of how to make the rice we have every Tuesday! Nothing polished, just an old video. Orange Mexican Rice (Traditional Mexican style rice) Ingredients: 1 cup White Rice 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil ½ cup Finely Chopped Onion (About ½ Medium Onion) ½ cup Jalepeno or other peppers as desired 1 2/3 cup Water 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp Knorr Chicken Broth Powder Add onion, peppers, oil and rice to a 2qt sauce pan. Brown the rice while stirring over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and move to low heat. Simmer for approx 20 minutes, or until liquid is reduced. Fluff and mix before serving.

Getting a little more organized, and pulling things apart!

The Lokar ebrake kits we bought will work, and the Hydroboost fits with only a little filing. NAPA did us dirty again, but we got the front brakes together.

Got the rest of the glass out, and pulled the doors! It was not fun to pull the door glass, but the quarter windows went reasonably smooth. I will need new fuzzies and new weather-stripping!

The 78 Camaro gets a new drag link, tie rod ends, idler, pitman, steering box and rag joint! Tried to add the front brakes, but Napa let us down... Also need to look at the Lokar E-Brake system and make sure it will work for us.

Well, that is not the fit I had hoped for. Not sure what direction to go yet, but I will discuss it with Harlan. Always something!
