Even from the earliest days of the Church, there was unruliness in and among the body of believers. While there are no perfect churches, there are ways to correct and mature the church, and in this third chapter of the second letter to the church at Thessalonica, the Apostle Paul provides some "tough love" for how to bring the church back into alignment with the Kingdom of God.

I light of what is coming upon the earth, every believer must invest in the salvation given them.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-7

Paul introduces his 2nd letter to the Thessalonians to calibrate some misunderstandings and to exhort them in the faith.

Paul instructs the church at Thessalonica in the way they should conduct themselves; a pattern that needs to be applied in the modern church, too.

As we await the Day of the Lord, the scriptures give us instructions and encouragement in the faith.
