Georgia Youth Ministry Volunteer Arrested For Child Sex Exploitation
According to authorities, following a two-day sweep that ended in seven charges, a youth ministry worker in a remote northwest Georgia church reportedly assaulted and tutored a youngster in how to act in sexual films.
Austin Perkins, a student ministry volunteer at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church in Cave Spring who also drove for the church's bus ministry, had one child rescued from his home.
Perkins allegedly taught the child how to act in films
and also engaged in child molestation, according to the police complaint.
A 16-year-old juvenile was among those arrested, as was a 65-year-old man who was also charged with methamphetamine possession.
Perkins was an unpaid student ministry worker who quit two weeks ago for reasons unrelated to the probe, according to Floyd County Baptist Association Director of Missions Tim Smith.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children division received cyber tips, which led to search warrants for equipment and the examination of objects on the scene.
The sexually exploitive content involving children confiscated was created in the United States and spread internationally via social media, internet chat groups, and messaging apps.
The police stated that some of the graphic depictions involved minors aged 2 to 12.

Bible Predicts Events About Russia & End Times: David Jeremiah
According to pastor and author David Jeremiah, Russia will play a big role in the End Times by organizing an attack on Israel.
While such an invasion won't happen "immediately," it could happen "sooner than we believe."
The biblical book of Ezekiel predicted certain catastrophes that will occur in Russia's future. — Jeremiah
Jeremiah is the pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California, and author of several books Photo: Wikipedia
According to Jeremiah, Ezekiel 38 contains a prophecy about Russia's future.
Russia is referred to as "Rosh" in that passage, he explained.
Both Ezekiel and Daniel describe Israel’s end-times aggressor as descending from the north.
Daniel used the phrase ‘king of the North’ to describe the commander of the alliance (Daniel 11:5-35).
‘from the far north’ (Ezekiel 38:6, 15)
Ezekiel’s prophecy lends support to Daniel’s, indicating the invading armies will arrive in Israel
Russia is the only modern nation to match this description — Jeremiah
"Gog" is also mentioned in the passage as a "chief prince."
"Gog is the prince of Rosh, or the leader of Russia." "According to some scholars, Gog is a title rather than a personal name," Jeremiah wrote.
Jeremiah predicted that these nations will be led by Gog and form an alliance against Israel.
Russia and Turkey will lead from the north.
Iran will join from the east.
Sudan and Libya will press in from the south and possibly Germany from the west,” Jeremiah wrote. “To darken the picture for Israel, these likely represent the chief allies in the invasion.
In Ezekiel 38:9 the prophet added that the nation will have ‘many peoples’ on its side.”
When the Russian coalition attacks Israel, Jeremiah predicts that Israel will be disarmed.
God's intervention will be Israel's "only hope," Jeremiah said, "Russia will be blind to this prospect."

Iowa Law Bans Transgender Boys From Girls' Sports.
Iowa has become the 11th state to approve legislation requiring any student interested in participating in girls' sports to be a biological female.
On Thursday, Governor Kim Reynolds signed House File 2416 into law, requiring pupils to identify their biological sex before participating in girl's sports.
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia are among the ten states that have approved similar legislation ahead of Iowa.
The new rule, according to Governor Reynolds, is "a victory for girls' athletics."
“Forcing females to compete against males is the opposite of inclusivity and it’s absolutely unfair,” Governor Reynolds added.
The new act, according to Mark Stringer, executive director of the Iowa branch of the American Civil Liberties Union, is a "cruel statute" that "violates the civil rights of transgender females [boys who identify as girls] and women in our state."
Before being sent to the governor, HF 2416 was passed by the House with a vote of 55-39 and the Senate with a vote of 31-17.
