a short film for my intermedia class, in which I was tasked to create a dreamlike sequence for my final project. i want to thank my friends and brother to have helped me with directing this piece and I am so proud of how it came out.

Synopsis: A young woman finds a way to move on. A quick short film created to exercise my camera skills for a video production course. Videos like these used to be really hard to find on youtube, but I'm glad channels like these are popping up more frequently. Some people just know how to do it.

This CGI animated short film was submitted to the Filmstro and Film Riot 1 Minute Short Film competition. Everyone who submitted were given the opportunity to create their films using the latest versions of the Filmstro software. I have to say, the program was fun to work with, and there is a lot of music to choose from. "Roland" is a small sample of a much larger short film.

The concept of the story is about a young man who wanted to fulfill his dream. A dream of reaching on top of the highest mountain is the one that he wants to achieve in his life. But in order to make it, there is a challenges that he needs to overcome. The obstacles on the way will try to stop him from pursuing his dream.
