GasTechno Corp is a small business innovator that would like to lead the renewable fuels industry by developing a corporate owned network of GasTechno Energy Centers servicing near-zero emission class 8 trucks across America.

Gas Technologies LLC was founded in 2004 to research and develop (R&D) the world’s first single-step methane conversion reactor system and in 2010 the first GasTechno pilot plant was successfully tested in the Northern Michigan garage of its founder Walter Breidenstein. In 2012 the State of Michigan funded an Intellectual Property (IP) patent study with Ocean Tomo, Chicago and GasTechno patents were granted the #1 ranking out of 100 brand name Michigan companies using a proprietary 50-point patent scoring system. In 2013, the GasTechno Portable Mini-GTL demonstration plant was constructed, tested and validated with an integrated methanol distillation system. In 2014, GasTechno Energy & Fuels (USA) LLC was created to raise $7 million in Series A equity financing and construct the GasTechno Mini-GTL 300 commercial scale plant. From August 2016 to April 2018 the Mini-GTL 300 plant was installed and validated in Michigan and North Dakota for commercial readiness. In March 2021, AON Intellectual Property group completed a Quality of Intellectual Property (QoIP) study comparing the dominate patent position of the GasTechno’s single-step gas-to-liquids technology along side Exxon, Linde, Haldor Topsoe, Air Liquide, Shell, EnBW and Velocys. In May 2022, GasTechno acquired a 36-acre, 10 building manufacturing facility in Northern Michigan as its flagship GasTechno Energy Center. On November 5, 2024, GasTechno Corp, a Wyoming corporation, was formed to roll-up Gas Technologies and its four subsidiaries and in 2025 to subsequently raise $30 million in Series A equity capital before seeking a direct listing approval with the SEC/NYSE.
