My New Ryzen CPU's were running too hot. I had one overheat and reboot the mining rig. Every motherboard manufacturer seems to have there own way of overclocking and undervolting processors. I will focus on Gigabyte on this video. I finally got my second Raptoreum mining rig up. The problem was getting a new CPU to work in an previous generation supported motherboard. The Chipsets support the newer 5900 series processors with a bios update. What happens when you don't have an old processor to update the bios first? You really only have three options. 1. buy or barrow an old processor to upgrade the bios first. 2. Buy a motherboard with the latest and greatest chipset that has a bios that supports the 5900 series processor. 3. Buy a motherboard with flashback feature that allows you recover the bios without a CPU. I'm sure I'm not the only one having this problem. I can up with two solutions to control my mach3 style 10V brushless controller via GRBL. The first solution is to use a 5V to 10V upconverter. The second solution is to use the 12V spindle out with two resistors creating a voltage divider. This is a really bad year for Ants. I needed a solution that would take bait back to the nest and destroy the colony. Sometimes colonies can have multiple queens. Summer is here and my garage is getting hot. The prices of RX 5700 XT have skyrocketed 400%. I was paying around $400 less then a year ago. If prices stay this crazy I then I need my GPU's to last. This is a pretty cool new feature on some miners. You can statically lock the GPU core clock reducing power. I personally save 24 watts of power on a 1660 super and 3070. If you have a dedicated computer to mine then you need to be running HiveOS. Windows mining is garbage. One the major issues with the Creality Ender 3 is the single Z rod. The problem is over time the right side of the Z access will sage creating all kinds of issues with accuracy. This the dual timing belt kit. Not the dual motor. I think the timing belt kit is more accurate.
