Last year was below zero and this year its warm and rainy and a muddy mess

you never know what's around the next corner, so you almost have to be a jack of all trades nowadays and expect the unexpected. Had water get into this gearbox and the seals were leaking pretty good

Got it back together and tested it out in the yard. Drives smooth and quiet. Now to button it up and put her to work.

New drive motor is installed. Now to just finish hooking everything up and throwing the axle hubs back on

Parts are arriving so starting the assembly process.... many dollars and beers later.

Drive motor is not fixable. New one is on the way
