The tea itself represents friendship and refusing the tea glass not acceptable in the culture. The special brewing technique makes Turkish tea different from other tea flavors. Turkish people believe that brewing the tea leaves in a tea maker has a richer taste and aroma than tea bags. Here are the easy steps to make the traditional Turkish Tea; 1- Fill the bottom part of the tea maker with water and switch down to start boiling the water. In order to have a rich aroma boil the water 2 or 3 times. 2- When the water is ready, now it is time to brew the tea leaves.
