You will need the following ingredient
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Broccoli florets
Pinch of Salt, and Paprika
Now that you have the increments, lets start!
Brush a heat-proof, microwave safe bowl with butter
Then crack in 3 eggs and add the salt, and paprika beat rill mixed well
Mix in cheddar and top with broccoli florets
Set in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
And that’s it!
You’ll be enjoying the Frittata that is tasty and nutritious!

You will need 7 ingredients and 1 large mason and a small mason jar (optional)
Ingredients:
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup of milk
1 to 2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese (shredded)
2 gloves Garlic
1 to 2 tsp of lemon juice.
Combine the mayo and 1/2 of the milk then add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously.
Take a taste. If you need more tangy flavour add 1 tsp of dry mustard and shake again. Taste again. If you still need "something" add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Shake some more.
This next step is optional otherwise just use the large mason jar- transfer to a smaller mason jar and add the remaining milk, if you want a less thick dressing and shake.
For best results refrigerate over night but at least a few hours before serving.
