Take a good sized piece of clay and roll it into long strips.This is to be used with making cup handles.

Attach a leaf to the surface of the cup body,So you have a cup with a grain.

Remove the leaves and place the clay with the leaf grain on the tray

Poke small holes in the flattened clay. Place a few leaves on top of the clay and use a rolling pin to flatten it with the clay

Cut a small piece from the clay block and knead it and flatten it while using a rolling pin to flatten it
