Biohacking Carnivore Diet Grocery Shop (Animal Fat Maxxing)
Here is my shopping bag for around one week of my carnivore diet 🥩🍖🥓🍗
My shopping bag consists of only animal products.
I’m trying to maximise my intake of animal fats consistently.
Anything that is not animal-based is seen as an ‘anti-nutrient’ when you’re on a carnivore diet!
Because I was vegan for eight years and my body underwent extreme polarity for so long, I have decided to use the carnivore diet as a healing tool.
I am extremely a way of the biological polarities at play here.
Health must be balanced like a yin and yang.
Being vegan for eight years, I had too much yin; now, I’m topping up the yang.
Being vegan for eight years damaged my metabolic health and insulin resistance.
What is shocking is that I was an incredibly healthy vegan, e.g. no junk food, cooked with the right oil, only ate whole foods etc.
However, a recent health test showed me that my body was highly inflamed due to the carbohydrate overload from a plant-based diet.
I want to make it CLEAR that I am cycling the carnivore diet as a tool to heal myself and become metabolically flexible again.
I still love animals all the same ❤️
