Hi guys! Today, we’re making chocolate banana oat pancakes. This is something we eat at least two mornings every week. I make the batter the night before so all I have to do is cook them the morning of.
✨Recipe✨
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 any milk (I used skim for this batch)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
2 tsp or 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1. Blend in a blender
2. Add any nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips
3. Griddle on a pan. I love this pan that helps me make the perfect circular pancakes.

1/4 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp both salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
5 cloves of roasted garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1. Blend in a blender
2. Pour over anything: chicken, salad, grains, and enjoy!

Chia seeds are full of healthy fats that’ll keel you full for a long time, and is full of fiber that is so good for your gut health. Add a dollop of greek yogurt for protein and berries for more flavor and micronutrients. I topped mine with raw pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon granola. 😋
