Steel Clubbell Swipe to Reverse Lunge
This exercise is called the steel clubbell swipe to lunge. The swipe movement is particularly effective for engaging the posterior chain as is the reverse lunge. The arm cast targets the upper body - working the lats, shoulders, arms and chest. In this weeks video of the week I have a full body steel club workout for you to try.
It's called 'Club Classic' and incorporates 5 fundamental clubbell exercises that target the body’s major movement patterns.
This carefully crafted workout is designed to challenge your metabolic system while simultaneously building lean muscle mass and improving your cardiovascular fitness.
Perform 5 reps of each exercise. Once you have performed all 5 exercises, take a 50 second rest, then perform your 2nd set. Complete 5 sets in total.

Steel Mace Single 360 to Reverse 360
This is a great exercise for working both sides of the body in one movement.
The difference between the single 360 and reverse 360 is the direction in which the elbow moves.
With the traditional single 360, the elbow moves towards the midline (inside circle), whereas, with the reverse 360, the elbow moves away from the midline (outside circle).
Both movements are excellent for developing circular shoulder strength, a movement pattern that is so important for sport and in everyday life... but is left out of most strength and conditioning programs.

Steel Mace Workout - Mace Ladders

Steel Club Single Side Push Press #shorts
The steel clubbell single side push press is a very difficult exercise. The shoulders have to decelerate and stabilise the club in a disadvantaged position. There is the leverage of the club, the leverage of where the club is in relation to your body, plus holding the club in a weaker position on the side of the body.
