Andrew Tate loses his appeal
Andrew Tate's appeal to ease judicial restrictions amidst his ongoing human trafficking case has been unsuccessful.
The appeal made by influencer Andrew Tate to ease judicial control measures, amidst ongoing legal proceedings where he faces charges of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to exploit women, was rejected by a Romanian court on Tuesday. The Bucharest Court of Appeal upheld a previous ruling extending geographical restrictions against Tate, preventing him from leaving the country for an additional 60 days. Tate, along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, was first arrested near Bucharest over a year ago. Despite their denial of the allegations, Romanian prosecutors formally indicted all four in June last year.

Rejected!? Elon Musk’s $55.8B pay package
Elon Musk's pay package at Tesla, which was deemed the largest ever in public markets, was recently struck down by a Delaware judge as flawed and unfair. Compared to other CEOs who earn around 200 times more than their employees, Musk's package was particularly staggering. However, determining his true worth outside of this package is a complex task in the realm of executive compensation.
McCormick's ruling caused Elon Musk to lose his top spot on the Forbes list of wealthiest people. His net worth was reduced by $25 billion to $185.3 billion, pushing him behind Bernard Arnault and family in the rankings.
