Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue our series on the New Birth in the segment "What's wrong with everybody?" Today we take a look at how the scriptures declare that everyone was born into this world as an enemy of God. What?! Yes, that is what the scriptures teach. How did I become an enemy of God? Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue in our series "What's wrong with everyone?". Today we take a look at the creation of mankind and the curse God placed upon the woman. We have been told for years that the Bible teach that believers should not forsake assembling together at church. Is that what God was talking about through the writer of Hebrews in chapter 10? Hebrews 10:25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. What Day? Do you know? No, that is not the context of the writing. While we should attend the assembly of believers for our respective edification through corporate worship, prayer, Bible study, and fellowship, we should not take God's word out of its context to express a desire outcome. Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue with our theme "Born from Above". This is a requirement to get into heaven. According to the scriptures being born from above is an metamorphosis performed solely by the Holy Spirit. The scriptures calls it a regeneration. That means the killing and annihilation of the old human spirit and the creation of a new human spirit with a new nature. Jesus called this process passing "from death to life". What then does God use to bring about this regeneration? Listen carefully to the apostle Paul. Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it (the gospel of Christ) is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. Then what about those who have never heard the gospel? What will happen to them? The scriptures provide the answer to those questions. God is not hiding from questions from men although He is not obligated to provide an answer nor is He answerable any of the creatures He created. Romans 9:16-21 You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
