Die Pandemie in Rohdaten
Here, a German, ex-military data analyst who was convinced that CV19 had caused more deaths than previous years and angry at his skeptical friends for negating the official declaration of a public menace, challenges them to admit to error if he can demonstrate that more people have died in the past two years than usual. However, he is shocked by the results of straightforward math. He proves, using government verified sources, that there has been no statistical increase in deaths in 2020 or 2021. His assumption was that the measures, mandates and laws prevented the worst from happening, but by comparing the strategies of different countries, he could see that the measures had no visible effect. He goes on to clarify the indecent way statistics have been used to befuddle the public over the last 2 years.

Take Off and Landing - dialogue w Fascia
Jumping, we accumulate massive amounts of energy. In a moderate jog, up to four times our body weight slams into our ankles, in an all out run, the impact can equal twenty five times our body weight. Instead of trying to jump high, let's first see how well we prepare to leave and how intelligently we can return. Included in this class is a look at a few deeper lying passive structures that provide automatic rebound, which is good news considering all the micro movements we are attempting to understand and map.

Walking Session w Alex
Bending the landing leg, you will use eccentric contractions. This allows the pushing back leg to relax as it swings, allowing delegated team work. Eccentric contractions are stronger and cause the muscle to strengthen quicker.
The floor work I suggested is not targeting specific muscles as you saw, but working for cross connection strength from hip to opposite shoulder.
I suggest 8 to ten repetitions of these spinal strengthening movements in two sets with a few seconds in between sets per day.
ARTERE cours 6
Today we jumped a lot! We took a brief look at walking mechanics, and extrapolated the reception and swing phases for a mini phrase. At some points there were nice problems to solve, so we pulled them out and made mini-motif loops to practice.
Artere 5 - Spine Time
here we looked at discreet micro-relationships in the spine, more and less mobile areas and the structural reasons for their limitations, then we aggregated these areas in to composite movements, then in to a playful exploration of undulations.
